New GEPAS a hit with private investment community

Gravitas Private Equity Advisory Services is a program leveraging the extensive experience and expertise of the group partners.  It was created as Asia presents particular challenges for Private Equity and Venture Capital managers.

While their priority is dissecting the financial side of a potential deal, they often don’t have the resources at hand to delve as deeply as they would like into the factors behind the numbers:

the depth of the target’s managementand internal operations capabilities, and the external factors that can impact performance.

To help in these areas, GEPAS provides pre-deal management and operations due diligence, the aspects that can ultimately determine the levels of risk and potential reward in the longer term.

GEPAS also addresses another challenge is that often encountered after a deal is signed: the lack of
Asia-experienced, international quality management and operations expertise that can be deployed to manage the transition of a new acquisition, strengthen an under performing asset, or if need be, turn one completely around.
The Gravitas Partnership can provide this expertise with interim management and non-executive board directors.

Achieving the impossible? ... Gravitas In-a-Page

The Gravitas Partnership is a very diverse and multi-faceted organization.
While each partner has successfully operated at the highest levels of his industry, the broad spectrum of experience and expertise makes for a relatively long story
of the cumulative strengths we bring our clients... particularly when their skills are crafted into benefit oriented programs to build our clients' businesses in the region.

It was felt necessary to somehow boil the essence of the partnership down to a more digestable, broad strokes picture of the partnership.   A difficult task (which ended up in 9 pt. type) but it's been done.

This has served as a valuable, albeit cursory, "brief introduction" of what
the Gravitas Partnership brings to the party.
